To achieve our vision, we are implementing our ALL In strategy, which provides access to the best opportunities to brighten the futures of our members and their families. This year we are doubling down on our ALL In strategy by launching our 2Gen ecosystem model to serve families, inclusive of fathers, in Baltimore City. The 2Gen ecosystem seeks to propel families out of poverty, and guarantee that every child is prepared to succeed academically. Implementing this model will make an impact on generations of families to come.
