2020 Urban Visionary Awards Sponsorships

The Center for Urban Families (CFUF) strengthens urban communities by helping fathers and families achieve stability and economic success. Understanding that the Family is the cornerstone of the Community, CFUF addresses Baltimore's most pressing issues by focusing strengthening the dynamics as well as the financial security of families. For over two decades, CFUF has supported low-income families by encouraging policy reform geared towards dismantling systemic barriers, providing workforce training, and reconnecting fragmented families.

The pivotal interventions CFUF implements would not be possible without our partners who all share in the vision of a better Baltimore. The 2020 Urban Visionary Awards (UVA) allows a chance to highlight others engaged in a similar vision. The Urban Visionary Awards honors local and national leaders who have blazed trails in creating lasting change in our urban communities. This signature awards reception and dinner brings together 400+ thought leaders, social innovators, philanthropists, and business and community partners.

The theme for the 2020 UVA is "The Year of the Father: Lifting Up Challenges and Promise". This year we'll be honoring fellow visionaries, Jessica and Jerry Seinfeld. Friends of CFUF since 2015, the Seinfelds lead the Good+Foundation, a national nonprofit focused on strengthening families through investment in healthy fatherhood initiatives. Like CFUF, Good+ has provided support and guidance to urban fathers and their families. Please join us in honoring Jessica and Jerry Seinfeld for their amazing work nationally and right here in Baltimore.
